Multi Housing Trust specializes in the acquisition, renovation, and preservation of multi-housing rental properties. Once an asset is acquired, Multi Housing Trust focuses on renovating and stabilizing these investment properties—the majority of our investments require significant renovations post-close. By focusing on these value-add properties, we’re able to acquire high-value, high-demand properties in prime locations which, post-renovation, command significant rental income month after month, year after year.
Target Properties
▪“Value-Add/Distressed” properties requiring cosmetic and/or substantial rehab work; from these updates, Multi Housing Trust can create appreciation by putting in the “sweat equity”, instead of speculating and hoping for appreciation.
▪Under-performing properties with the market and/or management-related challenges
▪Off-market opportunities and direct-to-seller opportunities that can be negotiated directly with owner(s)
